R&D platform

The company plans to invest 80 million yuan to build a 4000 square meter R&D experimental building, mainly including potassium electricity new material experimental research room, sodium battery material experimental research room, battery material pilot test line, battery production, detection, cycle test experimental line, production, teaching and research base, etc.
Construction period: June 2023 to June 2024

R&D Capability

Relying on the R&D platform jointly built by the Group, scientific research institutions and colleges and universities, the company's internal technicians and industry experts are employed to establish a technology R&D system.
On the basis of IATF16949 requirements, the company uses advanced analysis and testing equipment, combined with rich experience in quality technology management, to establish a complete inspection process from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the warehouse, to meet the technical and quality requirements of users.

Patent Technology

Use more than 90 patents, more than 50 proprietary technologies obtained by Stone New Materials and patents applied by the company to improve the company's technical level and strengthen the company's intellectual property protection
SiTong New Materials has also undertaken many provincial and ministerial projects such as national international science and technology cooperation projects, transformation of national major scientific and technological achievements, and presided over and participated in drafting 21 national/industrial standards.

Qualification

The company has passed the ISO/IEC17,025 national laboratory certification and ASI global aluminum value chain environmental, social and corporate governance practice standards.
Aluminum, titanium, boron, strontium and other elements of the company's products have been registered through the European Union REACH Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. The product testing meets the requirements of the European Union RoHS Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Speech Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment to ensure product safety.
